If any item you have purchased does not meet your expectations, including defective, damaged, or not as described, you may return it and request a refund. Please include a photo of the item you received in the email that you contacted our service team to make the return. By doing so, we can improve the quality of our service and fulfill your return request as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a return, please confirm.
-The item to be returned remains unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in its original packaging and original tags.
-You will pay the shipping cost of the return. For quality-related returns, the return shipping cost is refundable. Items that do not meet the above criteria will be considered ineligible for return.
The customer has 14 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and return the item without explaining the reason, Marvto must issue a refund. You may request a return by contacting us at [email protected]. After receiving the return, Marvto must return the refund to the customer's account. The customer will be charged a maximum of one shipping charge (this includes returns); no restocking fee will be charged to the consumer for the return.
(b) Damaged Products
Any product that arrives damaged can be returned to Marvto for a full refund. Please note that if the damage is limited to the outside packaging and the contents remain intact, the product will not be considered damaged.

You can cancel your order before your item is shipped.
